Our Service Attendant is primarily responsible preparing, loading, unloading and cleaning equipment for customers, maintaining inventory control of parts and equipment, maintaining equipment yard in an organized and good working order and performing shop maintenance functions. Job duties: - Perform inspections as required by management. - Maintain clean physical facilities; perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and general upkeep. - Perform weekly inventory of Foley assets; inform supervisor of low inventory levels. - Wash & thoroughly clean equipment as needed. - Perform minor repairs and maintenance to shop equipment. - Open and close all gates on company yard daily. - Drive to deliver and pick up equipment and supplies as needed.

The IT Support Supervisor supervises the level I and II IT Support Specialists to drive an efficient and customer-focused IT Support team and handles escalated issues both from techs and customers and drives quick resolutions while maintaining open communication with customers.    Job Duties: - Supervise the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT Support team and ensures end-user problems are identified, prioritized, researched, resolved, and followed up on quickly and completely. - Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to effectively meet SLAs and project timelines. - Assists the IT Support Manager in supporting the ITSM system, overseeing new processes and ticket types being developed in it. - Works to create a robust end-user facing knowledge base. - Works with the IT Support Manager to create a hardware refresh cycle and works to keep all hardware current and working. Orders and invoices new hardware. - Owns the on-boarding and off-boarding processes making sure IT Support Specialists are completing all steps and ensuring the processes are as easy for the end-user as possible. - Assists Officers on basic support issues and serves as a backup for all Officer support. - Looks for opportunities for automation. - Collaborate with external vendors to on-board new users in applications, add and remove licenses, and create support cases with vendors as needed to fix advanced application issues. - Trains end users on new technology as needed. - Provide advanced technical support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, Office 365 software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, and other internal software. - Stay up to date on the latest developments in technology, applications, and hardware utilized by Foley and actively look for improvements that can be implemented. - Follow all security processes and procedures ensuring proper cyber security is top of mind. The Rental Sales Rep is responsible for the rental of new and used machines/products within their assigned territory. The Manager of Accounting & Administration will be responsible for managing and administering the financial matters of the shareholders of the company and related non-Foley entities.   This role will provide bookkeeping and record keeping as well as be liaison with CPAs, attorneys, and shareholders.  Will also assist in the development of processes and procedures with respect to intercompany accounting, reporting and tax planning, and maintain records and managing documents for intercompany matters.   What you will do in this job: - Manage all accounting matters for 1-2 households and 8-10 corporate and trust entities and assist with asset management - Review and maintain tax records to facilitate tax return preparation for various individual, partnerships, LLC's, and trusts relating to the shareholders.  Assist with tax coordination including interaction with tax accountant, attorneys and affiliated Foley entities - Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, bill paying, posting transactions, and reviewing contract requirements and obtaining necessary signatures of shareholders/principals when needed - Prepare financial expense reports for CEO and review transactions on recurring basis - Create reports, profit and loss statements and balance sheets - Prepare financial presentations, analyzing, consolidating and/or summarizing accounting information to inform shareholders - Maintain historical records and filing documents - Serve as a point of contact for insurance and investments, including coordination with agents, counsel, financial advisors, banks & lenders for shareholders - Organize and participate in meetings concerning family financial matters (estate, succession planning, wealth management, taxes, etc.) - Follow up with shareholder group regularly on items needed to perform duties - Manage special projects at the request of the shareholder group - Be a liaison to House Manager employed by CEO, managing payroll and oversight of home expenses - Review and manage investment opportunities of the shareholder group and Foley Industries - Travel as needed for business purposes
