The Service Advisor (Truck) will be responsible forproviding superior customer service by communicating at a high level throughout the entire repair process.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Manage the customer communication from initial call to invoice to deliver industry leading customer experience
- Provide customer support for incoming calls and effective follow up during and after machine repairs
- Schedule both service repairs and preventive maintenance for the customer
- Review work orders and their statuses to ensure alignment with current processes
- Communicate quotes to customers and make repair recommendations
- Assist Shop/Field Managers in warranty determination, decisions and communication, and support internal service work review
- Coordinate with Shop/Field Managers to meet customer deadlines for repairs
- Create/review service tickets capturing all pertinent information for work to be done. Open work orders as needed
- Invoice with customers and collect PO or payment
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

As an Accounting Specialist, this role will assist Accounting department with duties related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense report processing, and accounts reconciliation.
- Process invoices from Caterpillar, and reconcile monthly activity to statements and general ledger
- Process credit card statements for company PCard users using Concur.
- Send out notices and alerts, track usage, review and resolve coding issues, make sure expenses are in compliance with company policy, and enter PCard invoices into ledger.
- Assist users with Concur Travel system, and ensure travel is in compliance with company policy.
- Request company credit cards for authorized users and close accounts for terminated employees; update credit limits as needed; maintain master listing of users and limits; assist users with password reset requests or other questions.
- Reconcile GL accounts as assigned on a monthly basis.
- Analyze accounts to identify inconsistencies in the data or accounting coding errors.
- Assist Staff Accountants in preparing financial information and reports for distribution to management personnel from all areas of the Company (including Caterpillar).
- Provide needed support and backup for Staff Accountants and the accounting processes.
- Communicate with Operations Team on accounting items to assist in process automation and improve efficiencies.
- Respond to vendor correspondence and inquiries regarding non-payment, sales tax exemption renewals, and credit applications under management direction.
- Provide back-up for cash application function and remote deposit function.
- Maintain vendor files (electronic and/or manual) including W-9 forms.
- Process expense reimbursements to employees in compliance with company policy.
- Assist with the audits of Company accounts as required.
- Assist with overall month-end close process adhering to monthly schedule.
- Assist as needed with inputting non-CAT invoices, check requests, business expense reports, etc. using the appropriate document type.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Job duties:
- Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on power generation assemblies, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, make recommendations for repairs and performing all critical repairs and adjustment
- Must be willing to work overtime as required by fluctuating workloads and available for after-hours calls as needed
- Perform required DOT inspections to ensure service truck is in proper, safe working order
- Conduct generator pre-start and start-ups in accordance with the manufacturer checklist
- Use resistive load bank equipment for testing and repair of generators
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

- Knowledge of power generator applications and repairs
- Class A CDL required or ability to obtain CDL within three months of start date
- General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments

Job duties:
- Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on power generation assemblies, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, make recommendations for repairs and performing all critical repairs and adjustment
- Must be willing to work overtime as required by fluctuating workloads and available for after-hours calls as needed
- Perform required DOT inspections to ensure service truck is in proper, safe working order
- Conduct generator pre-start and start-ups in accordance with the manufacturer checklist
- Use resistive load bank equipment for testing and repair of generators
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of power generator applications and repairs
- Heavy diesel engine knowledge
- Class A CDL required or ability to obtain CDL
- General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments
- Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins, schematics, line diagrams and other related publications.
- Ability to drive and valid CDL license required

What You Will Do in This Role:
- Research, plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive training programs, seminars, and conferences to enhance the skills of Foley’s workforce.
- Develop and distribute instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids to optimize the learning experience.
- Coordinate and complete the physical setup for training sessions including reserving training location(s) and reservation(s).
- Engage with management, supervisors, and employees to understand training requirements aligned with work situations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver specialized training programs based on their requests.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and follow-up activities.
- Keep training courses up-to-date with the latest technical developments.
- Schedule, test, and certify technicians on relevant equipment, ensuring a high level of competency.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a professional technical trainer or educator.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical documents, safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to deliver structured and effective training programs.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills to engage and educate participants.
- High school diploma is required.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 4+ years as a professional technical trainer or educator specializing in diesel troubleshooting, repairs, and education.
